All monthly digital marketing packages (Club Social, Club Growth and Digital Growth Partner) require a minimum commitment of 6 months from the date of first payment. Cancellation is not permitted within this initial 6-month term.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, new consumer clients have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing up for a full refund, provided work has not already commenced. Where you request that work begins within the cooling-off period, you may be charged for services already provided up to the point of cancellation. Business-to-business contracts are not covered by these statutory rights; however, we voluntarily offer a 7-day cooling-off period to trade clients, after which you are fully committed for the minimum 6-month term.

After the initial 6-month term, contracts continue on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice.

Monthly package fees are payable in advance via Direct Debit or card. Golf club website projects are a one-off fee, payable in full before work begins. All prices include VAT where applicable.

In the event of missed or failed payment, services may be suspended after 7 days. Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, we reserve the right to charge statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, plus fixed compensation (£40–£100 per invoice depending on value) and reasonable debt recovery costs on overdue B2B invoices.

Unpaid balances may be referred to a third-party debt collection agency or pursued through the County Court (Money Claim Online). You will be liable for all reasonable recovery costs, court fees, and legal expenses incurred.

Monthly packages rely on your club supplying photos, short videos and information. You confirm you have the right to use any content you supply and give SEND IT permission to use it in your club’s marketing. We are not responsible for delays caused by content not being supplied.

Website projects are normally completed within 12 weeks of SEND IT receiving all required content, access and information from the client.

Website projects include 12 months of hosting from launch. Continued hosting after 12 months is charged at £120 per year, renewable annually.

Full ownership of delivered website assets transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. SEND IT retains the right to reference completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
